Faysal Quraishi was born on October 26, 1974; he is a Pakistani actor, producer, and TV presenter. Among Pakistani actors, he is among the highest paid. He has received more than twenty nationally esteemed medals. Having been involved in over 200 projects, he first became well-known for portraying Boota in the television series Boota from Toba Tek Singh (1999). On TV One, he presented a morning show titled Muskurati Morning featuring Faysal Quraishi from 2010 to 2014.

He hosted the morning show Salam Zindagi on ARY Zindagi from 2016 to 2019. He is currently presenting another game show, Khush Raho Pakistan, on BOL TV; he was also the host of Jeet Ka Dum on Hum TV. Faysal Quraishi came into the entertainment industry by chance. Born into the household of actress Afshan Quraishi, Faysal grew up immersed in the world of entertainment. Faysal started his career as a kid actor in the popular series Emergency Ward on PTV and Andhera Ujala. Despite his family history, he had to establish himself independently. Early roles in television dramas and small cinema appearances gave him experience, but he fought for recognition for his own merits. Nowadays, he is well-known for his work on such famous dramas as Meri Zaat Zarra-e-Benishan and Bashar Momin.

On the competition show Dum Hai To Entertain Kar and Nachle, Faysal has judged. On TV One, he also hosted the morning show Muskurati Morning and the reality show Hero Banney Ki Tarang. From 2016 until 2019, Quraishi hosted the morning show Salam Zindagi on ARY Zindagi. On 30 July 2019, the Children’s Literature Festival named him CLF Goodwill Ambassador.
