Aisha Mustoor Butt is a Pakistani ultra marathon runner long distance hiker and cyclist who began her endurance journey at the age of 45. She is also a cancer survivor who completed three chemotherapy sessions and twenty nine radiotherapy sessions while continuing her athletic pursuits. Her journey started with hiking in 2020 followed by running in 2022 and cycling in 2024. Through discipline faith and resilience she progressed step by step from 5 km runs to ultra marathon distances. She has consistently achieved podium finishes in national competitions and represented strength and determination especially as a woman competing in full hijab.
