Kainat Nisar is a pioneering sports leader from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, serving as the Director of Physical Education under the Higher Education Department. She is also the Secretary of the KP Pickleball Association, a National Archer, and the Founder & President of the only Female Archery Club in the province. Known for her academic excellence and athletic achievements, she is a double Gold Medalist in MS and MSc Health & Physical Education. Through her leadership, she has transformed women’s participation in sports across KP, especially in underserved rural areas.
