Ms. Atifa was my GM HR at Roots International School, and I have always admired her exceptional personality, leadership, and professionalism. She is not only an outstanding HR leader but also a remarkable mentor who genuinely invests in the growth and development of her team.

Throughout my professional journey, her guidance, encouragement, and belief in my abilities have been a constant source of motivation. She has an incredible ability to recognize potential in people and inspire them to achieve goals they may not have thought possible. Her supportive approach, positive attitude, and strong leadership skills create an environment where individuals feel valued, empowered, and motivated to excel.

I can confidently say that a significant part of my professional growth and the position I hold today is a result of her encouragement, mentorship, and unwavering support. She has been a role model for me, demonstrating integrity, dedication, and excellence in every aspect of her work.

I am truly grateful for the opportunities to learn from her and for the lasting impact she has had on my career and personal development.
