Founder & CEO of 128 Technologies (SMC-Pvt) Ltd. and Full Professor & Chairman of the Faculty of Business and Engineering Management at SS CASE IT, Islamabad, he holds a PhD in Industrial AI from NUST and is the inventor of the NaACO and Q-NaACO optimization techniques.

A defence electronics company delivering qualified onboard avionics — including for the JF-17 Block III, Shaheen missile FCU development with NESCOM, a MALE UAV fuel management system for PAF, and IMU supply to PAF and government organisations. It also works on indigenizing on-board avionics for UAVs, engine qualification, and HIL testing.
He began as a Flight Engineer on Puma helicopters and the first Ecureuil/Fennec batch, and later established a SAFRAN deep maintenance facility for Pakistan Army Aviation. After resigning on principle, he rebuilt from scratch — including a hard year in London — before returning to Pakistan to found 128 Technologies.

He serves as an advisor to Ignite National ICT R&D Fund, a member of the P@SHA/Ministry of IT Expert Committee, a member of the HEC’s PMNIA/PMYP Elite Committee, and a Panel of Experts member with the Pakistan Engineering Council, among other roles.
