With more than 12 years of experience in elite coaching athlete development and international sports leadership he has played a significant role in advancing archery standards in Pakistan and abroad. He is the Chief Coach of the Pakistan Archery Federation former Captain of the Pakistan National Archery Team and currently serves as an International Archery Coach at Sharjah Sports Club UAE. Hafiz Abdur Rehman is serving as International Archery Coach at Sharjah Sports Club where he is developing elite athletes through advanced training systems and performance methodologies.

He has been appointed Chairman of the Coaches Committee of Pakistan Archery Federation for the 2025–2029 term focusing on improving coaching standards and athlete development.

He has been nominated to the World Archery Asia Coaches and Target Committee contributing toward international coaching development.

He conducted a 54-day intensive coaching residency at the Army Fitness and Sports Directorate using scientific training methods and IOC and USA SafeSport standards.

During the 2024–2025 UAE competitive season his athletes achieved more than 40 medals at national and international competitions.

His scientific coaching methods helped improve athlete recurve scores from 570 to more than 650+ at 70-meter distance.

He continues mentoring athletes and educating coaches to create sustainable high-performance archery systems.
