Rameesha Khan is an educationist who has spent a decade across the public, social and private sectors, leading national education initiatives. Her work rests on one conviction: participation is unevenly distributed, and so is opportunity. Students can know the answer, understand the concept and hold an opinion, and still be unable to say it. She named this the Expression Gap, and founded Dotodot to close it, because communication is the foundation of learning, not an afterthought.

Launched the inaugural Pakistan Spelling Bee in 2023 as Project Head: a national competition built to make participation, language proficiency and academic excellence reachable across very different school systems. It brought together 6,500 students, 200+ schools and 800 volunteers, with a PKR 1.4M prize pool and partners including Oxford University Press and LUMS.

Worked on a storytelling-based advocacy programme that helped 500 girls in grades 9 and 10, across 20 public schools in some of Pakistan's least-developed areas, put their lived experience of education into their own words and carried their voices into conversations on policy.

Trained Directors General and Directors at grade 18 and above, taking communication and capacity building into the most senior institutional rooms.

Has trained 600+ women to articulate, structure and deliver their ideas.

Founded Dotodot to close the Expression Gap, and is now developing an Expression Gap pilot for schools, colleges and universities.
