In April 2026, Reha Altaf participated in the Indonesia-Pakistan Friendship Match and achieved the highest tower score among Pakistani female participants.

Reha represented Pakistan at international horseback archery competitions including the Asian Nations Cup and as per iIHAA's ranking she is in the top 10 among pakistani athletes.

Reha has competed in these events under the Pakistan Horse Mounted and Archery Federation (PHMAF). She is taking part in the practice sessions and trials conducted by the federation.

In August 2025, Reha participated in the Asia Nations Cup as a Pakistani international horseback archer in Russia(Stage-one).

In October 2025, Reha participated in the Asia Nations Cup as a Pakistani international horseback archer in indonesia(Stage-two).

Reha is currently participating in Steppe Trails events which contribute toward international horseback archery rankings and grading.

Reha continues to participate in postal matches where scores are submitted to IHAA which helps determine athlete rankings and grading in the global horseback archery community.

Alongside her job and sports, she also manages traditional farming with her husband at " The Sable Archers Farm". In addition to that she is a writer,poet , columnist and radio host by passion.
