He was raised in Lahore, Pakistan. Grew up in a city that had ambition but not always the infrastructure to match it, which probably explains a lot about how he builds.
He studied at Aitchison College, Lahore, before going on to complete Bachelors at Cardiff University and a Master’s at Middlesex University, London. He came back to Lahore when he could have stayed abroad. That decision became S.T.A.R.S.
His foundation was built at home before it was built in any boardroom. Family support and a grounding in values that prioritized hard work and integrity shaped the kind of leader he became, one who invests in people the same way someone once invested in him.
He believes in execution over talk. In loyalty to the people who showed up when there was nothing to show up for. And in a belief so stubborn it probably looked irrational from the outside, that where you’re from has nothing to do with what you can build.
Reading. Writing. He wrote The Offshore Trap because someone had to say out loud what everyone in global outsourcing already knew but wasn’t saying. He keeps a close eye on AI not because it’s trending but because ignoring it would be professionally negligent.
The work either speaks or it doesn’t. He has never been interested in the conversation that happens before the results are in.
He built a company in Pakistan’s tech industry where nearly half the team is women. Not as a statement. Just as what happens when you hire on talent and treat people like adults.
Recognized at the President’s House twice. Governor’s House twice. Covered by PSEB, PASHA, LCCI and CXO Global. The kind of recognition that comes from eighteen years of showing up, not from a single good year.

“I was told the world happens somewhere else. Eighteen years later, I am still proving that assumption wrong. Pakistani talent is world-class. The only thing holding it back is the belief that geography is destiny. That is what I want to be. Not just a founder. Proof that you can build something real, from here, and make the world come to you.”
