Syed Fakhar Abbas Kazmi is a retired Senior Superintendent, Pakistan Rangers (Punjab) equivalent to the rank of Lieutenant Colonel and currently serves as Legal Advisor at Headquarters Pakistan Rangers (Punjab) and is an Advocate of the High Court. With more than 37 years of military and legal service he has extensive expertise in operational leadership military justice legal advisory and United Nations peacekeeping. He is a graduate of the Administrative Staff Course (LSC) and a Chartered Member (CMILT) of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport United Kingdom. He is also the founder and host of the YouTube channel Voices of Self-Made Souls dedicated to preserving the legacy of Pakistan Rangers.
